Jello has captivating information that dates decrease again to the late 19th century.  Jello was invented by Pearle Wait, a carpenter and cough syrup manufacturer from LeRoy, New York, and was initially marketed as a powdered dessert mix. However, it wasn’t until 1897 when his wife, May Davis Wait, named it “Jell-O” that the product started gaining its popularity. Eventually, the rights to Jell-O had been provided to a business enterprise that transformed it into the iconic dessert we love today.
